Terms of use

These cover the online account. Playing the game offline doesn't require agreeing to anything.

The account

You need to be at least 16 to make one. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself — anything done with your account is treated as done by you.

Your nickname

It is public. Don't use something that impersonates someone else, harasses anyone, or that you wouldn't want on a screen in front of strangers. We may change or clear a nickname that breaks this, and tell you why.

Scores

Submit scores the game produced. Modifying the app, replaying traffic to our server or otherwise manufacturing scores gets them removed and, if it keeps happening, the account closed.

What we owe you

Nothing, formally. Drill Run is free, run by two people around a university timetable, and the server may be slow, down, or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice on this site before shutting the account service down, and the game will keep working offline if we do.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as-is with no warranty. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Polish or EU law.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the deletion page. We can close an account that breaks these terms; if we do, we will email you the reason.

Changes

We'll post updates here and bump the version. If a change matters, the game will ask you to accept it before you next sync a score.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland.
